E  - Energetic all the time,


One day I thought why we smile? then again thought came into my mind that smile is the way to express joy, happiness, satisfaction that gives the amazing feeling to us. Its beauty is that a stranger can become your friend in just a few seconds due to a smile. Your single smile can delight lots of lives in day to day life cycle. Every beauty of nature begins with your single smile that has tremendous power to capture the whole soul of your body. The amazing thing about the smile is helpful to reduce the blood pressure and also increases your self-esteem, self-confidence, etc. One of the research had said that while you're facing an interview it is better to keep smiling during the whole interview to make the attractive interaction between you and HR and most probable chance to crack the interview. 

An average smile of the adult is 20 per day whereas children smile is 400 per day that is why children are enjoying the life and adult aren't enjoying life due to their busy schedule of work and thinking what will be my future? Most of the time we see that our youth generation had lost smiling due to break up in love, failure, frustration, depression, much more things. The main reasons of not smiling are living alone, negativity, spending time on social media, etc. To get out of those things we should provide them time to enroll them in the crowd so that they can enjoy the smiling with each other.

A smile is the born gift facial expression,
which can be learned by baby very early,
than any other facial expression of humans,

The beauty of simile is,
everyone can become your friend,
very easily by a just small smile,

Whenever you start learning new things,
it is necessary to smile because,
it gives you confidence achieve it,

Everyone falls in love,
so to communicate with each other,
the smile become the medium for wordless communication,

Friendship and smile is an equation,
due to this you can achieve lots of friends,
which delight your memories with happiness,

Everyone's heart lock,
can be opened with a key,
like the smile,

Life begins with peace,
and in middle happiness, joy,
at the ends with the cute smile,

Every smile doesn't show happiness,
but sometimes hides the pain of us,
to show that we are happy,

Why do we say that childhood better than youth?
because we are smiling all the time,
and those give happiest moments than ever soon,

At last equation of smile is
" SMILE = 2000 CHOCOLATES + 25000 DOLLARS OF MONEY"
Because the smile is a priceless facial expression that can't be borrowed or bought by money nor pleasure of chocolates that you enjoy.
It is god gift for you use it always to have happiness in your life all the time.
