Can India's population be used as a resource

Our population of India in today's world is the world's  second largest population.And one thing is that India has 60 % youth population than other nation in the world.So we can use this youth power for the development of nation which will ultimately reach the goal of mission 2020.For this purpose should we provide good education to these youth power that will result in a higher percent of literacy which gives us an opportunity to strengthen our nation in the development program?In our nation today's the government has taken the various project like Make India and Skill India by which this youth power can be used in the development of the nation and also they can get employment by which our GDP will rise in the global market and another thing is that it also reduce the poverty in our nation.It is the essential part that most economy is dependent on agriculture by which nation economy growing so government has taken an initiative to improve the agriculture methods and provide better quality technology and training center by which they can understand it how to use it under cost effective manner so that more number of farmer can take benefits of this technology.It is good for nation that we are moving from developed nation to developing nation due various project under gov. that by Skill India youth can start their own business or they can be able to work in MNC's under gov. plants, and another is Make in India by which youth can come with startup so that gov. will fund them for their project.So I think that utilizing it in a proper manner can lead to the development of the nation.
